Joe Issa honoured to serve on SACOC PPAC

Executive Chairman of Cool Group, Joe Issa, says he is honoured to serve on the St. Ann Chamber of Commerce (SACOC) Past Presidents Advisory Committee (PPAC).In an interview with the North Coast Times, Issa says it is a huge opportunity to work closely with the Chamber he once headed, to aid the development and growth of its members, the parish and the country.“I feel honoured to be recalled to work with my colleagues at the St. Ann’s Chamber of which I was president. It is a huge opportunity to work closely with the Chamber to improve the lot of the membership.“It’s a great feeling to get closely involved again in the business life of St. Ann and in particular the town of Ocho Rios through the Chamber, assisting the board of directors on issues affecting its members and that of the parish of St. Ann and the town of Ocho Rios where the Cool Group is headquartered, while supporting the growth and development of the country,” says Issa.Issa headed the St. Ann Chamber for two years before resigning in 1999 to make way for younger and more energetic leadership. He is believed to have left a legacy of strong leadership and advocacy.
