OPEN DAY IN 75TH ANNIVERSARY

The creativity, talent, and hard work of Iona Preparatory School, in St. Mary, were on display on Friday, March 22, 2024. The school celebrated its Open Day, at its campus near Tower Isle.

This event aimed to highlight the excellent work of the students and the great strides they are making, with the help of their teachers and parents, on their educational journey.
Members of the wider society, joined the school community in viewing students’ work, watching their presentations and demonstrations, and asking questions.

The North Coast Times was told that the day’s activities were very informative, motivating, and inspiring and showed hard work, dedication, and collaboration, which are key pillars of the success of the school, led by the Board of Governors and Principal Sophia Ormsby. About 170 students are enrolled at Iona Prep which is celebrating 75 years.
