FOR SPORTS DAY: COMPLANT has handed over $200,000 towards sponsoring the Area 2 police sports day. Commercial manager for COMPLANT, Michael Yee on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 handed over a cheque for the amount at the St Ann police headquarter in St Ann’s Bay. The cheque was received by superintendents Dwight Powell and Dudley Scott to help fund the event to be held on Thursday, May 1, at Noranda Sport complex, Discovery Bay. COMPLANT is best known on the Northeast Coast for its collaboration with the Housing Agency of Jamaica to undertake the design and construction of homes at Balle Air and Mount Edgecombe, at Runaway Bay, St Ann), under an agreement reached 2010. Construction started on January 5 ,2012.
