The St James police say a man hunt has been launched for a man who they believe fatally stabbed a barber on Saturday, January 11 in Montego Bay, St James.The (Barber) 34- year-old Kenroy Morrison of Sunderland District, St James was stabbed to death at his business place. He operated a barber shop along St James Street.Reports are that about 8:45 pm, on Saturday, Morrison was at his shop along St James Street when a man walked in for a usual trim, at the barber shop.It is alleged that an argument developed between the man and Morrison over money. Reports are that the man refused to pay Morrison the correct money of $500 dollars when the argument developed. The man was adamant, witnesses say, that he was only going to pay $300. It is reported that the man pulled a knife and stabbed Morrison on his upper body and ran out of the shop.Morrison was rushed to hospital where he died while undergoing treatment. According to persons who were in the shop, the man stabbed the barber because he did not want to pay the fee for cutting his hair.The police say they have launched a manhunt for the alleged killer who witnesses claim they saw carrying out the stabbing.
