A Kingston man who allegedly fired a gun at a man and then pointed the gun at a woman in her house in Ocho Rios has been charged with gun crimes.
Thirty-six-year-old Rayon Clarke otherwise called ‘Chin’, of Spaulding Boulevard, Kingston 20 has been charged with shooting with intent, assault at common-law, illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
He was charged Monday, December 5 arising from an incident on Cecelia Street in Ocho Rios, St. Ann on Thursday, September 15.
It is alleged the Clarke had an altercation with another man, during which he pulled a firearm and fired at the man in Ocho Rios. Clarke then chased the man home, where he pointed the firearm at a woman who was inside the house, before escaping in the area. A report was made to the police and Clarke was subsequently arrested. His court date is being arranged. -30-
