Two people are dead and two others have been hospitalized following a collision along the Queens Highway in Discovery Bay, St Ann this morning.
Police said one of the dead is a foreign national Traverso Dujon from Miramar, Florida. The other man killed is Dwayne Malcolm.
According to the Constabulary Communications Unit, CCU, Malcolm and Dujon were travelling in a Toyota Wish motorcar heading east toward St Ann’s Bay at approximately 6:15 Saturday morning.
Malcolm who was the driver, lost control of the car and it collided into a trailer laden with cement travelling in the opposite direction.
Police say the car overturned and then hit a Honda Fit motorcar.
The two persons in the Honda Fit motorcar were injured and have been hospitalized in stable condition.
