The case of murder against a St Ann tour bus operator for killing his Ocho Rios girl friend could have a date set for trial this month.
Charged is Kevin Peterkin, a tour bus operator. He is charged for the 2011 murder of his 22-year-old common-law wife, Sasha Edwards, a massage therapist of Milford Road in Ocho Rios, St. Ann.
When Peterkin’s came before the St. Ann Circuit Court on Tuesday, October 10, the court was told that a witness vital to the case was back on the island and the intention as to complete the case while she is here.
