St. Mary Cops seize 2 guns

The St. Mary police have seized two guns and arrested two men they said were found with the gun in a car in Port Maria.
The police seized one SLR rifle and a shotgun along with one 12-gauge cartridge during an operation on Pagee main road, Port Maria, St. Mary on Wednesday, February 17.
According to the Port Maria Police a team of officers was on operation about 1:15.p.m, Wednesday when the driver of a Honda Accord motor vehicle was signaled to stop. The vehicle was searched and the occupants were searched and the weapons found.
Both occupants were taken into custody however; their identities are being withheld pending further investigations.
