16-Y-O GIRL LEFT FOR SCHOOL, BROTHER LEFT LATER
HOPE BAY, Portland; Sept. 25, 2025 –
Police have issued an Amber Alert for two teenage siblings from Portland who have gone missing.
They are 16-year-old Kahalia Orr and 18-year-old Omari Orr both of Hopefield district, Hope Bay, Portland. In a release Thursday evening, police said the two have been missing since Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

Kahalia is of dark complexion, medium build, and is about 165 centimetres ( 5 feet 5 inches) tall; while Omari is also of dark complexion, medium build, and is about 170 centimetres (5 feet 7 inches) tall.
According to the police, reports are that Kahalia left home for school wearing her uniform— a white blouse, blue skirt, and a pair of black shoes. Later that same day, Omari left home dressed in a pair of black pants and a pair of black shoes. All efforts to locate them have proven futile.
