TWO BODIES FOUND IN ISOLATED AREA NEAR OCHI

Police are yet to identify the two bodies found in a gully just outside of Ocho Rios, St Ann, on Saturday night, September 13, 2025.
According to police reports, the bodies of two men with gunshot wounds were found on the Dunnsville Main Road, St Ann.
The area where the bodies were found is generally lonely and isolated from major settlements. It is believed the men are not from the area and were on a criminal mission when something went wrong, leading to their deaths.

Up to mid-morning Monday, September 15, police told the North Coast Times that the bodies had not been identified.
Police gave the following descriptions of the bodies:
Body 1 is of dark complexion, slim build, and about 182 centimetres (6 feet) long. It was clad in a black hoodie, jeans pants and black shoes and sports a Rastafarian hairstyle.
Body 2 is of dark complexion, slim build and about 182 centimetres (6 feet) long. It was clad in a black hoodie, a latex glove on its right hand, blue jeans, and black shoes, and sports a plaited hairstyle.
Reports are that at about 11:00 p.m., residents heard explosions sounding like gunshots and alerted the police. On arrival, two males were seen lying in a gully with gunshot wounds to their bodies. They were taken to the hospital, where death was confirmed.
Investigations are ongoing.
