N.W. ST ANN CANDIDATES APPEAL TO VOTERS

LEE POINTS TO ACHIEVEMENTS; MORRIS SAYS SHE HEARS CRIES

The two candidates seeking to represent the Northwest St. Ann Constituency were nominated on Monday, August 18.

Krystal Lee is representing the JLP, and she is seeking to win the seat for a second time. Gabriela Morris is representing the PNP. She is a newcomer to representational politics and was a senator for the Opposition in the Upper House.

They were nominated at the EOJ Office on in Brown’s Town, in the Constituency where they arrived at different times in the morning, with huge crowds of supporters. After they were nominated, each spoke to the media about why they should be elected.

Ms Lee said she had a record of achievement in the Constituency. She said she believed the people of NW St Ann have seen and appreciate the work and will vote for her on September 3.

Mr Morris said she was looking forward to sharing her plans for development with the people. She said she had heard the cries of the people for, among other things,  representation, proper infrastructure and opportunities for the youth.
