NO ADVANCE IN CASE AGAINST COP WHO SHOT GIRLFRIEND
RICHMOND, St Mary; July 4, 2025
More tragedy was piled on an already tragic situation in a quiet St Mary district Thursday night, when two people were shot dead at a wake for an assistant teacher who was murdered nine days earlier by her police boyfriend.
The two killed Thursday night, July 3, 2025, at a “nine night” are Shaquille Harris, also known as “Shaq”, “Nick” or “Big Red”, an ex-soldier, and Tiffany Douse, also known as “Nikki”, both of St. Catherine.

They were among dozens of people attending the wake or candlelight ceremony in Flint River, Essex, St Mary, for D’Johnnay Graham, also called Moya, an assistant teacher who was shot and killed at her home in Flint River on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Police reports were that her policeman boyfriend was found on the scene with a gunshot wound to the head; He was hospitalized. Up to Thursday, July 3, when the North Coast Times checked with the St Mary police, there was no charge laid against the cop.
According to police, the two killed were relatives of Ms Graham.
Police reports are that Harris and Douse were at a candlelight vigil for D’Johnnay Graham in the Essex community when explosions were heard. Both victims received gunshot wounds and were later pronounced dead at the hospital. No information was available about what happened.
The police report said: “The police are working diligently to solve the case and are inviting anyone with information to come forward and assist with the investigation.”
