MAN ARRESTED IN RAID FOR WANTED MEN
MANCHIONEAL, Portland; March 27, 2025
The Portland Police seized two high-powered rifles with magazines containing fifty rounds of ammunition in Gurney district, Manchioneal, in the parish on Wednesday, March 26.
Reports from the Manchioneal Police are that at about 2:00 a.m., lawmen carried out an operation at a premises in search of wanted men. During the search, in the usually quiet East Portland seaside town, the firearms and ammunition were seized. Police did not give details about the firearms, except that they were high-powered rifles.

One man was arrested and taken into custody.
His identity is being withheld pending further investigation.
