ST ANN’S BAY, St Ann; Feb. 25, 2025
Police have identified the man killed in a road crash near St Ann’s Bay, St Ann early Tuesday morning, February 25, 2025.
He is 30-year-old Ramoy Bailey, of Salem/Runaway Bay in the parish.
Police told North Coast Times that at about 12:15 a.m., Bailey was driving his green Toyota Corolla along the AGR Byfield Highway when he lost control of the vehicle which hit an embankment and crashed into a white Toyota Corolla travelling in the opposite direction. The direction in which either vehicle was travelling was not stated.
Police said both men were taken to the nearby St Ann’s Bay Hospital where Bailey died.

Investigations are continuing. The medical state of the other driver was not known.
