York Castle High solidified their position at the top of Zone I in the daCosta Cup competition, when they whipped cellar dwellers Marcus Garvey High 4-0 in a match at Mount Pleasant today, Thursday, October 6.
YC who are yet to taste defeat are now on 16 points and look sure to be one of the two teams to advance from the group, while Marcus are still to score a point.
The match was being completed after it was called off in the 28th minute, because of lightning last week, with 62 minutes to play.
At that time YC led 1-0, with a goal from Travis Gordon.
