According to the latest tally, up to Saturday, York Castle High are on top of Zone ‘C’, following Cedric Titus’ crushing loss to William Knibb.

York Castle are on 10 points from their four matches. Titus are next with nine from their four. Brown’s Town on seven points from three matches could join  York Castle if they win their next match. Their fixture against Ocho Rios was rained out at the weekend. Ocho Rios have six points after three matches and their next match will be crucial if they are to stay in the hunt for an Inter-Zone place.

William Knibb now have six points but have played four matches, including top teams York Castle and Brown’s Town.

 

 

In Zone I, Annotto Bay are runaway leaders with a perfect 12 points from their four matches. They are followed by Tacky High, with ten points, also from four matches.

Horace Clarke are right there in the picture with seven points but from three games.  All the others are struggling for points including St Mary Tech who were highly fancied pre-season. They have played four matches and have only four points.

 

In Zone ‘N’ Portland, Happy Grove are well out front too with a perfect nine points from three matches. They have left the others far behind with Port Antonio in second with four points from three games.

Happy Grove’s latest conquest came Thursday when they swamped Titchfield 7-0.

Shevon Miller had a hat trick in the 6th, 20th and 31st minutes. Bonny Chisholm got a brace, a penalty in the  25th and the second in the 68th minute. Oshane Chambers and Shanroy Cunningham completed the scoring.
