WELL DONE: Noel Morgan has made his school and family proud with high levels of performance in grade eleven at Iona High that was rewarded at the school’s graduation exercise in July. In addition to receiving his high school diploma, Morgan received a certificate for most disciplined student and a certificate for 169 hours and 50 minutes of community service. In the academic areas he was most improved in Information Technology, most outstanding in Mathematics, most outstanding in Social Studies and runner up for the most outstanding male student. He also won the top performing Mathematics award, donated by friends of Iona and a cash award courtesy of the North Coast Times. He told the Times he was thankful to his parents and teachers and is contemplating studies in engineering.
