Here are two short stories from St Mary one about a death by fire and another on a missing teen:
ST MARY WOMAN PERISHES IN FIRE
Police are investigating the death of a woman in a fire at her house near Highgate, St Mary, on Saturday morning, August 10.
She is Michelle Mills of Cromwelland district, Highgate in the parish.
Reports from the police are that at about 3:17 a.m., residents saw fire coming from the woman’s home and contacted them and the fire department. The fire was extinguished and, during the cooling-down exercise, the charred remains of Ms Mills were discovered.

St Mary Teen Missing
An Ananda Alert has been activated for 17-year-old Tamala Roberts of Cox
Street, Port Maria, St. Mary who has been missing since Wednesday, July 31.
Police said she is of dark complexion, slim body build about 142 centimetres (4 feet 8 inches) tall.
Reports from the Port Maria Police are that about 3:30 p.m., on Wednesday, July 31, Tamala was last seen at home wearing a pink sweater, blue jeans shorts and a pair of black slippers. She has not been heard from since.
