Major Crime Crackdown in Arrests and Charges Involving Serious Crimes
PORT MARIA, St Mary; July 24, 2026
Police in St Mary have arrested and charged five wanted men over the past two weeks for a number of serious offences.

- ALEX COBOURNE, otherwise called “Lex,” charged in connection with a double murder;
- MALEEK WHITE, charged with robbery with aggravation;
- MARLON JAMES, otherwise called “Alley Cat,” charged with wounding with intent involving the use of a firearm;
- CHEVAWN FULLERTON, charged with shooting with intent, and
- ALEX KERRIDGE, who now faces charges of simple larceny, unauthorised access to computer data, along with eight additional offences.
Commanding Officer for the St. Mary Division, Superintendent Anthony Wallace, commended the commitment and professionalism of the investigators and operational teams whose coordinated efforts resulted in these successful arrests. Supt Wallace said that the Division remains resolute in its pursuit of wanted persons and those responsible for criminal activities, adding that these successes send a strong message that offenders will be relentlessly pursued and brought before the courts.

Superintendent Wallace also expressed gratitude to members of the public whose continued cooperation and support have contributed significantly to these achievements. He urged residents to remain vigilant and continue sharing information with the police as the Division builds on its crime reduction strategies.
