MAN STABBED TO DEATH IN PRE-DAWN FIGHT
ST ANN’S BAY, St Ann, June 25, 2025
– The St. Ann Police have charged 37-year-old Leroy Burrell, otherwise called ‘Fry Fry’, a farmer of Top Higgin Town, St. Ann, with the murder of a man in the parish.
Dead is 41-year-old Kenyatta Davis, otherwise called ‘Frass Man’, of Content district, St. Ann’s Bay, St. Ann.

Reports are that at about 2:00 a.m., Thursday, June 19, Burrell and Davis were involved in an argument which resulted in a fight, on Lay Cock Street, Lime Hall, in the parish. It is reported that  Burrell used a knife to inflict stab wounds on Davis. The police were alerted, and upon their arrival, Davis was seen lying face down on the ground in a pool of blood.
Burrell was arrested. He was charged on Saturday, June 21, after he was interviewed in the presence of his attorney.
His court date has not been finalised.
