St Ann awards residents for service to the parish

 

Eight citizens of St Ann were honoured on Monday, National Heroes Day by the St Ann Municipal Corporation (SAMC) in the annual ceremony recognizing Jamaica’s heroes and locals who have served the parish well.

The recipients of the parish award, and their fields of service were: Joan Barnaby, Education; Marlene Tulloch, Human Services; Debbie Bowen- Jones, Community Service through the Jamaica Constabulary Force; Pastor Mario Reid, Religion/ Community Service; Jacqueline Jones- Steele, Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management; Javon Black, Sports and Lloyd Hinds, Media and Communication.
