POLICE SAY HER ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED IN THEIR PROBE OF A FRAUD CASE
BROWN’S TOWN, St Ann; April 22, 2026
The police say they are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Debby-Ann Samuels,
attorney-at-law, who is a person of interest in a case being investigated by the Fraud Squad and
Financial Crimes Investigation Division of the Specialized Investigation Branch.
Ms Samuels had a law office at the Brown’s Town Mall, Brown’s Town
In a statement issued Wednesday morning, April 22, 2026, police said Samuels’ last known address is Minard Estates, Brown’s Town in St. Ann.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Debby-Ann Samuels is urged to contact
the FSFCID at 876-922-2374, the police emergency 119 number, or the nearest police station
immediately.
