Two weeks after a man was gunned down while closing a shop in Marson Town, Oracabessa, St. Mary, the police have made no arrests of the culprits involved.
Some residents of the Oracabessa are claiming that the death of the man is linked to his alleged involvement in lotto scamming.
The man killed has been identified as nineteen-year-old Leon Savoury, otherwise called ‘Junior’, of Marson Town in Oracabessa, St. Mary. He was shot and killed in his community and another man shot and wounded on Tuesday, April 12.

However, the residents alleged that things turned sour between Savoury and the men, as it was claimed money was missing from the premises. Savoury was fingered by the men for taking the money as he was the only one who had access to the premises.
The men left the area and the house they had rented, shortly after the money allegedly went missing.
