MURDER SAID TO HAVE FOLLOWED DISPUTE ON ROAD

Police are continuing to probe the death Thursday evening of the son of a policeman, at his home in Lewis, St Ann.
Dead is 30-year-old Javaughn Rayson oc Javie, an electrician of Cool Shade Drive, Lewis, near Priory, St Ann.
Reports are that received Javaughn Rayson arrived home close to 7 p.m., on Thursday, January 9, and was on the front veranda of the family house when at least two men reportedly entered the yard and fired shots hitting him.
His father, a retired policeman rushed out and saw Javaughn lying on his back on the veranda in a pool of blood.
It is reported that earlier in the day Rayson was involved in an altercation with two men.
Several officers from the St Ann’s Bay police station visited the scene.

Investigations are continuing
