After creating an impact at the 2014 staging of Reggae Sumfest in July, fast rising Montego Bay singjay, Prissy G, now has her eyes fixed on the international music scene. Priggy G’s performance on the big stage on the final night (International Night 2) of the weeklong music festival had many tongues wagging.
Her performance was so impressive that many of her local fans, and even persons hearing the singjay for the first time, believed she should have closed the show, because people who arrived late missed out on a great performance. She appeared on stage with her seven dancers, their well choreographed dance moves delighted the fans.
Born Precita Gray, Prissy G performed several of her original songs including ‘Yellow Tape’, ‘What’s Life’ and ‘In Da Party’ .Under the management of Cotton Tree Records, Prissy G hopes to complete her album later this year. She is managed by Felix Evans of the Cotton Tree Records located at Queens Drive in Montego Bay.
