Portland businessman Patrick Lee has died.
Lee who was in his mid-60s was ailing for some time and recently had heart surgery. He died Saturday morning, May 27.
Patrick Lee, a Justice of the Peace, operated Lee’s Maxi Mart commonly known as Cum-Cum, a variety store in Port Antonio. He is well known for hs philanthropy, having assisted many young people and community groups.
He is a past student of Titchfield High School.
He went into politics, running as a JLP candidate and losing to the late Dr Lynvale Bloomfield, in the 2011 General Elections.
