MAN WANTED FOR SEVERAL OUTSTANDING TRAFFIC TICKETS FREQUENTS ST ANN, ST MARY AND PORTLAND

The police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Kemar Blake, who is wanted in relation to several outstanding traffic tickets.
In a release issued Sunday evening, March 15, 2026, the police said Blake’s last known address is Wharf Road in Orange Bay, Hanover.
However, they say he is known to frequent the parishes of St Mary, Portland, and St Ann. Police issued no photo or illustration of Mr Blake.
Kemar Blake is asked to turn himself in at the Green Island Police Station immediately.
