TWO BIG WINS PUT OCHI AT TOP OF ‘K’
Ocho Rios have taken an early lead in the daCosta Cup is in Zone ‘K’ with five other St Ann schools, including Aabuthnott Gallimore, Brown’s Town, Ferncourt., Marcus Garvey, and York Castle.
Discovery Bay, also in the parish, are playing in a zone including Trelawny teams, such as William Knibb and Cedric Titus that are expected to do well. Discovery Bay have played two matches, won one and lost the other.

Ocho Rios played their first match against Brown’s Town, beating them 3-0, and followed that up with a win against Marcus Garvey at Drax Hall on Friday, September 13, by a 6-1 margin.
Their next match is against Aabuthnott Gallimore on Wednesday, at Drax Hall
It’s early days yet and Ferncourt are in second place in the zone with four points having played two. They won one and drew the other.
Brown’s Town are yet to get a point but up to Saturday, September 14, had played only one match.
