WOMAN RAPED, FRIENDS THREATENED AT OCHI AIRBNB

A woman’s birthday celebration turned into a series of bizarre events including rape in Ocho Rios, St Ann, resulting in the arrest of one man and a search for two other men wanted on a range of charges.
Police know the identity of the two men who escaped and are seeking them on possible charges of forceful abduction; rape; assault with intent to rape; assault at common law; possession of prohibited weapon and using a prohibited weapon to commit a felony
Reports to the North Coast Times are that the incident occurred in a gated community in Ocho Rios, on Saturday morning, Oct. 5 where a woman had checked in with friends to celebrate her birthday. The woman from Portmore, St Catherine had invited two female friends to go to Ocho Rios with her for the celebration. She had also invited a man known to her and he brought along two of his male friends for the party.
They all checked in at an Airbnb at the Ocho Rios community just after midnight Friday and then went to a popular nightclub where they partied until daylight Saturday, October 5.

On return to the property, they went into the pool to continue the party..
Things went sour when the women decided to go to their apartment and not sleep with the men.
One of the men pulled a gun and pointed it at one of the women, demanding sex. In the terror that followed, one of the women was raped by another man.
The men then locked up the women in the house in which they were staying.
Police were contacted and on their arrival two of the men escaped and another barricaded himself in the house. However, the door was later opened and he was arrested.
Police obtained reports from the women at Ocho Rios Police Station and took them for medical attention.
