KINGSTON MAN BELIEVED INVOLVED IN KILLING GANG LEADER
ISLINGTON, St Mary; June 17, 2025
The St Mary police have held a man said to be a suspect in a recent gangland murder in Kingston.
He has been identified as Rasheed Shepherd, also known as Jermie, a 19-year-old unemployed resident of Wilmot Drive, Drewsland, Kingston 20.
The police say they apprehended Shepherd in an early morning operation on Monday, June 16, 2025, in Lebanon Housing Scheme, Islington, in the parish.
Shepherd is a suspect in the June 11, 2025, murder of Mark Harrison, otherwise called Mark 2, the alleged leader of the 440 Drive gang. The incident occurred about 11:00 p.m. at Harrison’s residence on 440 Drive, Olympic Gardens, Kingston 11.
