Murder charge in woman’s execution style death

A St Ann man has been charged in the execution style murder of a woman who was shot in her home in Buckfield Ocho Rios. The shooting death was part of a series of controversial and even bizarre events.He is Roland Renaldo Hinds, 43, businessman of Mansfield Heights in Ocho Rios, St Ann.Following extensive investigations and intelligence reports, police apprehended Hinds and put him before an ID parade where he was identified.He was offered $800,000 bail with conditions of reporting to the police three times a week. Hinds is to return to Court July 3, 2015.Reports are she had been shot before and just returning with family to Ochi.
Police are tightlipped over investigations into the execution style shooting death of the woman in Buckfield, Ocho Rios, St Ann.

Hinds is before the court for the murder of 34-year-old Keneisha Souden, business woman in September last year. She was shot in her house September 1 and died Friday September 5, in hospital in Kingston.

Mrs Souden was shot within hours of returning to live at a home from which she and family had moved earlier in the year. It was the second time she was being shot.Police sources said she had moved away from the area after being shot and after threats were issued against her. The Times did not verify reports that the motive for her murder was business deals gone sour.The North Coast Times reported at the time that according to police, about 8:30 on Monday, September 1, a man with gun in hand entered Ms the home, passed Mrs Souden’s home, walked pass her husband and child on their verandah and went inside the house and shot her in the chest, twice. The woman collapsed and was rushed to St Ann’s Bay Hospital. From there she was transferred to Kingston Public Hospital in an unconscious state. She succumbed to her wounds Friday, four days later.

Further reports are that the family had just returned to the house in  Buckfield, after months of being away. It was not confirmed that the return marked Mrs Souden’s wedding anniversary.
