Montego Bay businesswoman, Jacqueline Miller-Brown was surprised that she gave birth to triplets on August 25 in the Cornwall Regional Hospital (CRH).The mother of three baby girls had been making plans for two babies, but was surprised after giving birth to the first two ,when the nurse told her that there was another baby to be delivered .She said the first Ultrasound shows two babies ,but after delivering the first two she felt more pain and called the nurse. This was the time they discovered the third baby. She and her husband who lived and worked in the USA have to be making plans to feed all three babies. The babies are Brianna, Brineca and Biana. Two are identical, and she knew them by a birth spot on one. She said it costs her several thousand dollars per week to feed them and purchase diapers. A businesswoman Zoey Brown has given assurance that she will be the god mother for one of the babies. Mrs Miller-Brown’s situation is made worse by a violent incident involving a family member. Although happy to deliver three babies successfully, she was shocked and still puzzled with an incident that happened at her grocery shop in Cambridge a few weeks ago. She had gone on maternity leave and left her 17-year-old son to operate her grocery shop. He was shot and badly wounded by gunmen who went to hold up the shop. Her son is home nursing gunshot wounds and has to go on a major operation which will cost over $200,000, money that she does not have at this moment. Mrs Miller-Brown is appealing for help from the business sector.
