A minor pleaded guilty to two gun related charges in the St Ann Circuit Court on Tuesday, October 24.
The minor who was 14-year-old at the time the offense was committed, pleaded guilty to an indictment containing two counts.
The first count charged the minor with illegal possession of firearm and the second, with illegal possession of ammunition.
The firearm was said to be a homemade weapon.
The minor is to be sentenced in the said court before the end of this sitting of the circuit.
