The men charged in relation to the murder of two US missionaries in May, have separate criminal matters before the court.
They appeared separately in their matters in the St Mary Parish Court on Thursday, December 1.
Twenty-five-year-old Andre Thomas of Port Maria, in the parish appeared on charges under the sexual offences act.
That case allegedly involves a minor.
When the case was mentioned in court, the crown prosecutor explained that the investigating officer needed time in locating the mother of the complainant in the case.
The matter was set for mention on December 12.
Thomas was remanded into custody by acting senior parish judge Yvette Wentworth-Miller until that time.
In the meantime, 25-year-old Dwight Henry, alias ‘Dougie’ of Wentworth district in St Mary, appeared in court on a wounding matter that occurred while he in police lock-up.
In that case, Henry is charged with unlawful wounding along with Deino Grey and Sherlon Siccard, who were also inmates.
When the matter was mentioned in court last Thursday, it was heard that the complainant, who at the time was in lock-up, had been released from custody on bail.
However, the man was not in court and a subpoena was issued for him.
The matter was set for Thursday, December 8 for trial.
Henry, Grey and Siccard were remanded until that time.
