NO DETAILS ON WOMAN WHO WAS WITH HIM IN ORACABESSA

A man was shot dead while he and a female companion were walking home after an entertainment event in Oracabessa, St Mary, early Sunday morning, February 9, 2025.
Police have not identified the man and gave no information about whether the woman was harmed.
The St. Mary Police have launched an investigation into the murder of a man along the Spring Head main road in Oracabessa early Sunday morning. The incident occurred about 3:50 a.m.
According to the police, preliminary reports indicate that the man had just concluded a social event at a local bar and was walking home with his female companion. Unknown assailants ambushed them. Several gunshots were fired, striking the man in the head and upper body.
Police discovered the body lying face down along the roadway.
