MOTORCYCLE HE WAS DRIVING STOLEN

Police are trying to find out how and why a St Ann man was shot and killed near Claremont in the parish, on Friday night, February 21, 2025.

Dead is 31-year-old Kawayne Fearon also called ‘Money Man’ a farmer of Pedro River in the parish.
Reports are that Mr Fearon was driving his motorcycle on the Fort George Main Road, in the Bensonton Division about 8:30 Friday evening when he was attacked and killed. His motorcycle was stolen. Details are still not available to the North Coast Times.
However, a police report said area residents stumbled on Fearon’s body lying on the roadway and called them..
People’s National Party candidate for South East St Ann, Dr Kenneth Russell told North Coast Times, “The community and all who knew him are shocked, completely devastated.” He said Fearon was “a humble, helpful and disciplined youth.”
Investigations continue.
