The electoral office issued the following:
As at 1 pm on Election Day, over 500,000 persons have voted across the island, accounting for 31.54% of the voting population. There are 1,824,412 electors on the voters’ list.
The polls opened at 7 a.m. today and will close at 5 p.m.
