A jubilant lawyer Dionne Mayler-Reid was joined by friends and family outside the Montego Bay court house, after she was acquitted of gun and ammunition charges on Thursday, March 13. Mayler-Reid was freed of the charge of illegal possession of firearm and ammunition when she appeared in the Western Regional Gun Court. Last year September, the attorney’s office was searched by police who alleged they found a gun and eight rounds of ammunition. Three other persons from her office were also charged. They were freed on Monday, March 10.
