A man, who appeared before the Port Maria Resident Magistrates Court on Thursday, April 16 on charges of unlawful wounding, had his bail extended by senior resident magistrate Andrea Collins when he appeared before the court.The accused, Betel Garrison had pleaded not guilty to unlawfully wounding Patrick Bagnol on March 25, when both had an altercation.WhenMsCollins asked the complainant, Patrick Bagnol, if he had obtained the medical certificate proving the injuries he sustained, he explained that he was in the process of obtaining the certificate.RM Collins extended bail for the accused, Betel Garrison’s until June 25, where the case is set to be mentioned again.
