A big day in the budding music career of Ms St Ann Festival Queen Deveta Dowling is almost here.
On Sunday, April 26, at 3 p.m., you’ll get a taste of her talent and inspiration when she launches her first Gospel single, ‘Draw Me Close To You’. The launch is on YouTube. The song comes out of her personal trials, over which she has triumphed. Ms Dowling, who recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Midwifery, won the Miss St Ann Festival Queen Contest last year. She says her song should motivate and encourage many others.
