Couples Sans Souci has won two major awards at the recently held Tourism Service Excellence Awards. The re-introduced awards were held Saturday March 11, at the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall Hotel in Montego Bay. These awards are the highest accolade given to individuals and organizations in the tourism sector for service excellence. The event was sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism and the Tourism Product Development Company. Couples Sans Souci was honoured with the award for the Ocho Rios region and also came out as overall winner of the coveted Organization National Champion Award. “Winning this award is a tremendous achievement for the Resort,” said Pierre Battaglia, general manager of Couples Sans Souci. He said, “the consistent commitment and dedication of the staff has been the key to the success” of the resort’s operation.
