A St Ann man has been found guilty of a rape which reportedly happened at a dance two years ago.A seven member jury, last Tuesday, February 4, returned the guilty verdict against Leroy Campbell.Campbell was on trial in the St Ann Circuit court before Justice Marjorie Cole Smith.He is to be sentenced on Tuesday, February 25.The rape reportedly took place at a dance over two years ago.According to the allegations, on January 8, 2011, about 2:30 a.m., the complainant was at a dance when Campbell and another man reportedly dragged her into an unfinished building.Campbell reportedly had sex with the woman against her will while the other man restrained her by holding her arms.Following the alleged rape the complainant reported the matter to the police and Campbell was arrested and charged.
