A WEEKEND OF top class beach volleyball took place at bay Beach in Ocho Rios with 12 teams from across the Caribbean region taking part in a tournament that saw Jamaica coming out on top with a thrilling win over Cayman. Sunday afternoon, Cayman A won the first match over Jamaica B 21-18, 23-21 but Jamaica A team triumphed 21-6, 21-9 over Cayman B, forcing a golden set. Cayman took the lead 13-6 sinking Jamaican hearts but the Jamaicans, Kai Wright and Danielle Perry through some deft tactical plays overcame the lead and beat Cayman 15-13.
