Police are on the scene of a crash in Runaway Bay, St Ann where a bus overturned, causing injury to several passengers.
The crash took place about one o’clock this afternoon (Saturday) and involved a Toyota Hiace bus licenced PG 8572 that plies the Montego Bay-Ocho Rios route. The bus had just passed FRD Resort Runaway Bay, headed toward Ocho Rios when it hit the curb wall and got out of control. It ran across the roadway before coming back into the east bound lane before it flipped over on its side.
Several people were hurt including a girl who had what appeared to be severe head injuries.
