POLICE SEARCHING FOR ONE MORE IN OCHI INCIDENT

Police have arrested another man in the rape and gun attack involving three women at a birthday celebration in Ocho Rios, St Ann at the weekend
The North Coast Times has been informed that the man arrested Tuesday is from Mines District, St Ann.
Police carried out an operation at Eight Rivers Plaza, Ocho Rios, where he was held.
This is the second suspect involving three men in the incident that involved forceful abduction, rape, assault with intent to rape and the use of a firearm.
Police had earlier apprehended one of the men at the house in Pyramid Heights, Breadnut Hill Ocho Rios where the incident occurred Saturday morning.
The men have not yet been charged.
The North Coast Times reported Wednesday, October 9, that a woman from Portmore, St Catherine,who was celebrating her birthday invited two of her female friends to go to Ocho Rios with her at the weekend. She also invited a male friend who took along two other males.
OCHI BIRTHDAY PARTY TURNS INTO RAPE SCENE
The six checked in at an Airbnb and partied until early Saturday morning but the women refused to sleep with the men.
One pulled a gun demanding sex and one of the women was raped before the men locked the others in the house.
Police called to the scene arrested one of the men after a standoff. The other two men escaped. The man arrested Tuesday is believed to be one of them.
The St Ann police are continuing the search for the third suspect.
