The all-clear has been given to resumption of operations at St Mary High School following the lockdown of the institution in Highgate early this morning.
The security forces were at the school from before 7 a.m. to prevent access to the grounds following the receipt of a bomb threat Sunday evening, about 9:30.
Soldiers and police were on the scene and carried out checks with members of the bomb squad before allowing students to enter for examinations.
Students from grades seven to nine were not at school as only those sitting external City and Guilds exam should be there Monday to Wednesday of this week. Candidates sitting exams and members of the upper grades are expected to be at school Tuesday.
Police are investigating reports that the threat was made and spread by a voice note from a student.
