New Windsor Pharmacy opened its doors on October 13, 2016. It was by chance that Natalie Murray-Ellis and Nicholas Ellis seized an opportunity to open a pharmacy at 6 Windsor Road. St Ann’s Bay, St Ann.
Natalie Murray-Ellis is a pharmacist of nine years and have had many years of experience managing hospital pharmacies. However, managing a retail pharmacy was very new to her and she has enjoyed its challenges. Nicholas Ellis has had over 12 years of experience in the field of accounting and management as he worked in various departments within the hotel industry. Putting together their experiences and skills they both have successfully managed New Windsor Pharmacy for one year.
New Windsor Pharmacy’s slogan is “your hometown pharmacy with world-class service” and New Windsor is just that — as its slogan states. Mrs Ellis, offers warm and friendly service to all customers. New Windsor offers 10 percent discount off all prescriptions and will beat any prescription price, she said. “We believe in offering affordable products and services. New Windsor pharmacy is guided by the biblical principle that ‘do to others as you would have them do to you’ and such offers to all outstanding customer service.”
Being very grateful for the huge support they have received within their first year they thought it fitting to give back to the community with a health fair and customer appreciation day.
New Windsor opening hours are Monday-Saturday – 9 am- 7 pm and Sundays 10am – 4pm.
