Additionally there is a bar, swimming pool and lounge area for entertainment or just simple to relax. The property also boasts a well manicured lawn and is well secured with 24-hour security provided. There is also very clean and spacious kitchen area and there is kitchen and housekeeping staff who see to the needs of their guests. She said the villa is open to everyone, local and overseas guests are welcomed and according to Ms Campbell her staff goes the extra mile at all times to ensure that their guests’ stay at the property will be quite comfortable and remain a very memorable experience. She said the villa is open to host any special event, including weddings, birthday or anniversary parties, or simply to accommodate a group seeking a clean and comfortable environment for a getaway or special function. The pool area, as well as other parts of the property provide the perfect ambiance for a wedding reception or party. Ms Campbell said the service at Par Villa is exceptional and she said the price is very competitive. “Par villa is very relaxing, its quiet, it’s private, it’s clean and our price is very reasonable, I think we have the most reasonable price in town, all the rooms have king size bed, it’s very relaxing, it’s like a home away from home,” she said.
