MAN HELD IN SHOOTING DEATH OF ‘SPOON’

CAR SHOT UP, CRASHED

Police have a man in custody in connection with the shooting death of 47-year-old Terrence Williams in Exchange, Ocho Rios, St Ann, Sunday night.

Williams, also called Spoon,  gas station supervisor was shot dead just after midnight Sunday, October 22 in an attack by a man. He and his spouse were making their way home along Prosper Street (also called Hand to Mouth Lane) in Exchange.

He worked at a gas station in White River for more than two decades.

It is reported that Williams was driving with his girlfriend as a passenger as they headed home when a car drove up and gunshots were fired.

Williams (Spoon) was hit and the car he was driving crashed. He was pronounced dead at hospital and his girlfriend admitted.

The Ocho Rios Police have a man in custody in relation to the killing. It is reported the man is Williams’ relative.
