There continues to be delays along the main road (Bull Point Road) outside Reynolds Pier, Ocho Rios whenever a ship is (or several are) in port. But there is no attention to the traffic on either side of the entrance to the pier and motorists form unlawful second lanes, either using the hard shoulder of the road or, as in the case of this taxi, over ride the continuous white line in the centre of the roadway. The North Coast Times believes the police can do better to reduce the traffic pile up and monitor traffic away from the main gate of the Port.
